Specialised Support
From mild anxiety to complex trauma, we offer tailored wellbeing and therapeutic support to a range of ages of children and adults, meeting the unique needs of each individual, on any given day.
Animal-Facilitated Therapeutic Sessions
We provide animal-facilitated sessions to support SEMH and the needs of neurodivergent young people. All sessions delivered in the outdoors and may include elements of nature therapy, play therapy, craft and art.
A Place of Being Safe and Being 'Seen'
We provide an environment where every child and young person feels seen, heard, valued and can develop a strong sense of belonging.
Trauma Informed and Trauma Focused
Our sessions focus on safety, stabilisation, and regulation, the key elements to safely approach any trauma focused work with individuals. Our services are rooted in a deep understanding of trauma and its effects on young people. We introduce the safe and predictable behaviour of trusted adults outside of a home or school environment.
Complex / Developmental Trauma
We have expertise in working with children and young people with a wide range of needs, including those experiencing mild anxiety to those who have experienced and are living with complex or developmental trauma.

Co-regulation and Empathic Listening
From the very first session, we practice co-regulation, empathic listening, and reflection to build trust. We focus on the whole child, supporting emotional, mental, and social growth.
Inclusivity and Unconditional Acceptance
We embrace young people as they are, fostering self-acceptance and growth. All sessions are bespoke to the individual. Young people are treated with unconditional positive regard and acceptance by us and our animals-no judgment.
Building Positive Relationships
Our sessions create a sense of belonging, safety, and purpose which support a young person to connect with others and begin to thrive. Our approach builds emotional connections with both animals and the team, fostering a warm, supportive environment.
Helping Young People Thrive
Our aim is to support children and young people to be able to develop trusting relationships, ultimately thriving in a safe space.
Understanding Emotions and Emotional Regulation
We guide young people in being able to name, understand and manage emotions – when dealing with animals, other humans and themselves.

Young people take ownership of their sessions, engaging at their own pace and comfort level.
